Education Qualification
- Candidate must have passed Matriculation Examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from the Boards of School Education recognised by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.
Application Fee
- General, OBC, EWS Candidates Fee : 550/- Plus GST
- SC, ST Candidates Fee : 550/- Plus GST
- An examination fee of Rs. 550/– (Rupees Five hundred fifty only) plus 18% GST has to be paid by candidate during the online application through online mode by using net banking or by using Visa/ Master/ RuPay Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI.

- (a) Agniveer 02/2025 Batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Sep 2004–29 Feb 2008 (Both dates inclusive).
- (b) Agniveer 01/2026 Batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Feb 2005–31 Jul 2008 (Both dates inclusive).
- (c) Agniveer 02/2026 Batch: Candidate should be born between 01 Jul 2005–31 Dec 2008 (Both dates inclusive).

Indian Navy MR Exam Pattern :

(a) Navy MR/NMR trades exam based on the 10’th standerd.
(b) The question paper will be computer-based with a total of 50 questions, each carrying 01 mark.
(c) The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English) and objective type (multiple-choice).
(d) The question paper will comprise of four sections i.e. General Science, Mathematics and General Knowledge.
(e) Duration of examination will be 30 min.
(f) For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth (0.25) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.

Photograph: Passport size recent colour photograph (taken not before November 2022) of size 10 KB to 50 KB (front portrait in light background without head gear except for Sikhs). The photograph is to be taken with candidate holding a black slate in front of his/her chest with his her name and date of photograph taken, clearly written on it with white chalk in capital letters. Change in appearance like growing beard, head gear, etc in comparison to the photograph may result in cancellation of candidature.
Medical Test:
(a) Medical examination will be conducted by authorised military doctors as per medical standard prescribed in current regulations applicable to sailors on entry.
(b) Minimum height 157 cms. Weight and Chest should be proportionate. Minimum chest expansion of 5 cms. Details regarding minimum height standards for entry into the Indian Navy as Sailors,
including applicable relaxations, can be accessed from the official recruitment
Note:- Candidates are advised to get their ears cleaned for wax, and tartar removed from teeth prior to medical examination.

Tattoo medical test:
Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reversed side of palm/ back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on
any other part of the body is not acceptable and candidate will be barred from recruitment.

About Agniveer SSR Job
Agniveer (SSR), you will be part of a highly technological organization. You will have to serve in powerful, modern ships like aircraft carriers, guided missile destroyers and frigates, replenishment ships and highly technological and attractive submarines and aircraft.
Work Environment
The work is divided between different teams doing different types of jobs. It could be the operation of various equipment such as radars, sonars or communications or firing weapons such as missiles, guns or rockets.
Pay, Allowances and Allied Benefits:
Agniveer package for persons registered under the scheme is Rs. 30,000 / – per month with fixed annual increments. In addition, risk and hard ship, dress and travel allowances are paid.
Life Insurance Cover:
Life insurance cover for firefighters is Rs. 48 lakhs for their engagement period as firefighters in IAF.
‘Agniveer’ Skill Certificate:
At the end of the engagement period, firefighters are presented with a detailed skill-set certificate highlighting the level of skills and competencies they have acquired during their engagement period.
Ex-Agniveers enrolled for 4 Years:
Ex-combatants selected to enlist in the IAF as regular cadres after the completion of 4 years will be governed by the current Terms and Conditions of Service of Airmen / NCs (E) of the Indian Air Force as amended from time to time.
